New Paper: Aß42 treatment of the brain side reduced the level of flotillin from endothelial cells on the blood side via FGF-2 signaling in a blood-brain barrier model

In this paper, Nakamura et al. examined the effect of Aβ treatment of the brain side on flotillin release from endothelial cells on the blood side using a blood brain barrier co-culture system. Our cellQART 0.4 micron pore size clear inserts were used to construct the in vitro blood brain barrier model using brain microvascular endothelial-like cells and astrocytes.
