New Paper: Decidua Parietalis Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells and Their Secretome Diminish the Oncogenic Properties of MDA231 Cells In Vitro
In this paper, Basmaeil et al. evaluated the effects of placenta-derived decidua parietalis mesenchymal stem/stromal cells on the functional outcome of human breast cancer cell line MDA231. Our cellQART 0.4 micron pore size translucent inserts were used to co-culture placenta-derived decidua parietalis mesenchymal stem/stromal cells seeded in the reverse side of the membrane and the MDA231 were seeded in the upper chamber.Read the paper >
