In this paper, Subayyil, A. A. et al. examined the impact of the cellular component and the secretome of preconditioned and naïve placenta-derived chorionic villus mesenchymal stem cells on the functional characteristics of the human breast cancer cell line MDA231.
Our cellQART 0.4 micron pore size translucent inserts were used to co-culture chorionic villus mesenchymal stem cells seeded in the reverse side of the membrane and the MDA231 were seeded in the upper chamber.
