New Paper: Preconditioned Chorionic Villus Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells (CVMSCs) Minimize the Invasive Phenotypes of Breast Cancer Cell Line MDA231 In Vitro
In this paper, Subayyil, A. A. et al. examined the impact of the cellular component and the secretome of preconditioned and naïve placenta-derived chorionic villus mesenchymal stem cells on the functional characteristics of the human breast cancer cell line MDA231.Our cellQART 0.4 micron pore size translucent inserts were used to co-culture chorionic villus mesenchymal stem cells seeded in the reverse side of the membrane and the MDA231 were seeded in the upper chamber.
