New Paper: Prometastatic Effect of ATX Derived from Alveolar Type II Pneumocytes and B16-F10 Melanoma Cells
New insights in cell culture – dive into research with us | paper series part 5
In this paper, Dacheux et al. investigated the contribution of autotaxin produced by alveolar type II epithelial pneumocytes in driving the progression of B16-F10 melanoma-derived lung metastases. Our cellQART 8 micron pore size inserts were used for cell transmigration assays using B16-F10 cells.
