Investigated a new immunization strategy to identify novel receptors mediating transcytosis across the blood brain barrier

The obtained antibodies were further evaluated for their transcytosis capabilities using the in vitro blood brain barrier model of PharmaCo-Cell, including NHP BMECs, pericytes and astrocytes. PharmaCo-Cell BBB Kits incorporate cellQART Cell Culture Inserts.
