Payment, prices and shipping

Prices

The prices stated in the web shop exclude VAT and do not include shipping costs and possible delivery charges, if not stated otherwise.

Customs clearance

Customs duties are subject to change and are therefore not included in the shipping costs. These will be charged to you after you place your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the number of ordered product boxes and are specific per country. Orders of 65 boxes or more will be shipped upon request. Shipping is processed by UPS, for larger quantities by freight forwarding.

Delivery

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. Shipping by freight forwarding is subject to the selected payment option and availability of products.

Accepted payment methods

• Payment in advance
  (order-confirmation with pre-payment information will be sent after your order)
• Payment by invoice
  (invoice with payment information will be sent after your order)
• Payment by credit-card
  (pre-payment via credit-card can be processed immediately after order)
