In this paper, von Essen et al. examined the derivative effects of Ofatumumab in B cell depletion on the peripheral immune system and a direct treatment effect on T cells expressing CD20 in Multiple Sclerosis.
Our cellQART 3 micron pore size inserts were used to build a blood brain barrier model containing human brain astrocytes and human brain microvascular endothelial cells to perform transmigration assays under induced inflammatory conditions.
