New Paper: DNA damage repair kinase DNA-PK and cGAS synergize to induce cancer-related inflammation in glioblastoma
New insights in cell culture – dive into research with us | paper series part 4
In this paper, Taffoni et al. used glioblastoma cells with undetectable levels of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase to address whether alternative DNA recognition pathways can promote pro-inflammatory signalling. Our cellQART 3 micron clear inserts were used to perform migration assays with the THP-1 myeloid cell line.
